Kano Pillars have suspended the club’s technical adviser Evans Ogenyi and coach Ahmed Garba.
This decision follows a string of disappointing performances that have left the club languishing at the foot of the table.
The decision was taken by the club following the most recent defeat to local rivals Barau FC on Sunday.
The technical adviser and the head coach have now been suspended and replaced by club legend Gambo Muhammed, reports NPFL News.
Sai Madu Gida are bottom of the log with just five points after seeing three points docked from them for violations of the league’s framework.
